DCP is currently hiring for a Director of College Success.
The Director of College Success is responsible for leading the effort to increase DCP's six-year college completion rate through the development and implementation of a broad array of college readiness strategies and services designed to serve students, families, and staff. The Director of College Success will aim to build a nationally recognized program that meets the needs of low-income first-generation college graduates.

DCP is currently hiring for an Assistant Principal of Instruction.
The Assistant Principal of Instruction (API) ensures DCP’s instructional program is designed to prepare academically underperforming students to be the first in their family to graduate from a four-year college. The API develops and leads teacher practice to ensure the highest levels of student achievement and is responsible for holding teachers accountable to school-wide and personal goals. The API leads the administrative team in the process of classroom observations and evaluations. In addition, the API is responsible for ensuring that teachers receive the resources and support they need to be successful. Lastly, the API is charged with developing and maintaining a work culture for teachers where where self-evaluation and reflection become a catalyst for growth.
