DCP, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, relies upon the generosity of individuals, companies and foundations to support the school's mission. As a charter school, DCP must fundraise a third of its budget every year - over $1 million annually - to maintain the high quality academic college prep program.
Ways to Give:
- Cash Gifts - Gifts from individuals directly impact the fiscal health of the school and the quality of the DCP academic program. Your employer may match your gift. Please contact your HR department about this opportunity.
- Securities - Transfer stock, bonds or mutual funds to DCP and avoid paying gains tax on appreciated assets. For further information on how to give gifts of stock, please contact the Development Department at donors@dcp.org or call 408.281.1730, x 267.
- Legacy Giving - By remembering Downtown College Prep in your will or charitable trust, you will be included in our Community Circle and will leave a lasting impact on the school.
- Tributes and Memorials - You many wish to remember, honor or congratulate someone by making a gift in the name of that person.
- In-Kind Giving - Instead of a monetary donation, you may want to consider donating a tangible gift. Gifts may be program supplies, items for events, or contributions of technology.
