The DCP College Scholarship Fund was founded in 2004 by a dedicated group of community supporters and volunteers. The fund was established to help bridge the gap between financial aid and the actual cost of attending college.
Checks (or funds) are issued to the universities where DCP graduates attend to offset tuition and housing costs. With the support of the Scholarship Fund, two classes of DCP graduates are able to pursue the dream of college. Since 2004, $380,000 in scholarship dollars have been issued.
The Scholarship Fund represents a distinct and separate fundraising effort from our general operating expenses. We are pleased to recognize the following organizations and individual donors who supported our Scholarship Fund from July 1, 2006 - October 31, 2006.
