Across the Bridge Foundation Board of Directors

DCP is governed by the ABF Board of Directors, a policy-making board that oversees the fundamental aspects of DCP. The Board consists of directors from a variety of professional and academic backgrounds to ensure that DCP has the necessary expertise to maintain a high-quality program. Our Board members have experience in education, government, law, business, finance, public relations, and other qualifications.

Downtown College Prep Foundation Board of Directors

The Downtown College Prep Foundation (DCPF) is a 509 (a) 3 Supporting Organization. The mission of DCPF is to support the Across the Bridge Foundation dba Downtown College Preparatory (ABF) and the charter schools it operates by (a) providing real estate development and management services including planning, financing, construction and construction management, holding title to property leased to DCP and facilities management, and (b) engaging in any other activities allowed by law and the tax status of the Foundation that are otherwise supportive of ABF’s educational mission.
